When is the show?

The Palacio Andaluz hosts shows every day of the year, without exception. There are no days off or seasonal closures.

Daily Sessions

Regular schedule (year-round):

7:00 p.m. First show: 90 minutes
9:30 p.m. Second show: 90 minutes

If you have chosen the option that includes dinner, dinner is served during the show. The Flamenco Costume Museum is open 30 minutes before each session.

Special Hours

On certain dates throughout the year, the showtimes are adjusted to accommodate special programming:

★ December 24 (Christmas Eve): only the 7:00 p.m. show. There is no second show.
★ December 31 (New Year’s Eve): 6:00 PM show (regular performance) and Special New Year’s Eve Gala at 9:30 PM (special program featuring a gala dinner, open bar, grapes, and a party).

About the Experience

How long is the show?

The show lasts 90 minutes.

What's included with the ticket?

All tickets include admission to the flamenco show and a visit to the Flamenco Costume Museum (30 minutes before the show begins). Depending on the option you choose, the ticket may also include a welcome glass of cava or a full dinner featuring traditional Andalusian cuisine.

What are the entry options?

There are three options: Flamenco Only (admission to the show and museum), Flamenco with Cava (show, museum, and cava), and Flamenco with Dinner (show, museum, and a full dinner featuring Andalusian cuisine). All three include the same show.

Is the option with dinner or without dinner better?

It depends on what you're looking for. The dinner option is ideal if you want a complete evening out without having to worry about finding a restaurant before or after, and it's the most popular choice among our visitors. The show-only option is perfect if you've already planned your dinner or prefer something more casual. The show is exactly the same for all options.

Can children come?

Absolutely. The Palacio Andaluz is a great choice for families with children in Seville. The show is visually stunning, the view is perfect from every seat, and the museum provides an ideal introduction to help young children understand what they’re about to see. Children under 6 get in free.

Is El Palacio Andaluz too touristy?

The flamenco performed at El Palacio Andaluz is authentic, presented by professional artists with proven track records. The fact that the audience is predominantly international does not diminish the quality or authenticity of the art. Flamenco was born as an art of connection and community. Sharing it with travelers from around the world makes it more vibrant, not less authentic.

How is it different from the small tablaos in the city center?

Small tablaos offer a more intimate experience with greater physical proximity to the performers. The Palacio Andaluz offers something different: more than 10 performers on stage, a larger-scale production, perfect visibility from every seat, a museum, and an optional dinner. These aren’t better or worse options—they’re different experiences for different travelers.

Location and Access

Where is El Palacio Andaluz?

The Palacio Andaluz is located in the former Cruzcampo Pavilion from the 1992 World’s Fair, on Isla de la Cartuja. It is an iconic building in Seville, just a few minutes from the historic center and easily accessible from anywhere in the city.

How do I get there?

It's easy to get there by taxi, public transportation, or on foot from the main hotels in the city center. The location, just outside the Old Town, has a real advantage: it's easier to access, and you won't run into the usual traffic and parking problems found in the historic center. Parking is available in the surrounding area.

Is it well connected to downtown Seville?

Yes. Isla de la Cartuja is very well connected to downtown Seville. By taxi, the trip from the historic center takes just a few minutes. There are also city bus routes with stops nearby.

Reservations and Tickets

How can I reserve my ticket?

Tickets can be booked online through our website with immediate confirmation. You can also purchase tickets at the box office on the same day, although we recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season and on weekends.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?

During peak season and on weekends, we recommend making reservations in advance. For the New Year's Eve Gala and special events, advance reservations are essential, as they sell out weeks in advance.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Yes, online reservations include a free cancellation policy for daily shows. Please check the specific terms and conditions at the time of booking for the Special New Year's Eve Gala.

Are there group discounts?

Yes, El Palacio Andaluz offers special rates for groups. Please contact our group services team for personalized information and availability.
