Rocio Palacios (Female Flamenco Dancer) Born in 1979.
Rocio Palacios begins her studies in Matilde Coral Academy, where she takes classes in flamenco and Classical Spanish dance. She continues her training at Jose Galvan Academy and finishes her dance career in Classical Spanish at the conservatory of Seville.
She has taken courses with various prestigious master teachers such as; Matilde Coral, Lola Greco, Merce Esmeralda, Antonio El Pipa, Eva Yerbabuena, etc…
She has participated in various televised programs and in various movies such as Flamenco de Carlos Saura.
She also has participated in a range of flamenco events, such as private parties and various flamenco festivals, at a national and international level, traveling all over the world…. Kuwait, Qatar, Poland, Czech Republic.
She participated in the inauguration of the aeronautical Olympic games.
She has collaborated with the famous Spanish Institute Cervantes in diverse tours, which took place in the USA, Morocco, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc.
Currently she is a teacher for dance and flamenco in the cultural house, ‘casa de cultura de Utrera’ and performs at the flamenco club (tablao) El Palacio Andaluz.
